Dr Latha Venkataram founded OBG Department at Rangadore Memorial Hospital in 2008, Dr. Latha in 2009, founded SBOBGYN doctors and Associates presently WMN HEALTHCARE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a group of like-minded individuals, with a singular vision to promote quality, evidence and protocol-based healthcare for all women. She has actively promoted the group practice concept in India as the best way to provide round-the-clock efficient and quality healthcare. She is very skilled in complex vaginal surgeries and her special interests include managing high risk pregnancies and treating medical disorders in pregnancy.
She is a champion of normal vaginal deliveries and firmly believes that a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach is the best way to provide care as naturally as possible. She says that labour rooms, High-Definition Units (HDU), and Intensive Care Units (ICU) which are well equipped and well run are critical to ensuring the safety of mother and baby.
One of her great strengths is the vast technical expertise she has amassed over her long and accomplished career spanning nearly 3 decades. Dr. Latha continues to train young professionals and give her expert advice to the doctors who seek her counsel on complicated cases.
She has worked towards decentralisation of healthcare, thus increasing the availability of specialist care to the fringes of society. One of her most passionate interests throughout her career has been holistic healthcare for rural and tribal women. She has initiated skill training in emergency obstetric care through the BRCOG Trust and BSOG. She has developed low-cost technological applications to bring care to the masses and adopted a corporation hospital in Bangalore to reach out to the underprivileged. She has been awarded INDIA POSITIVE AWARD by CNN-IBN for reaching out services. She has a great sense of humour, is a classical carnatic singer, a dramatist and a poet.
She has around six international publications in renowned International journals. She has also contributed to Chapters on IUGR-IAP textbook and Management of traumatic PPH.
She is a National Expert on diabetes and pregnancy. She is the past President of Bangalore Society of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and President of Bangalore RCOG Trust.

Dr Shreelakshmi is an excellent clinician and a skilled surgeon. She played a crucial role in setting up the labour ward @ Rangadore Memorial Hospital and fine-tuned its protocols. She has been with SBOBGYN from its inception and is one of the directors since 2011.
She is passionate about the Combined Diabetic Clinics and says that the right management during pregnancy will prevent diabetes inheritance to the baby. She strongly feels that pregnancy is a window of opportunity which can help women and their families to keep diabetes at bay.

Dr. Ashwini J A is an accomplished Fetal Medicine Consultant. She embarked on her medical journey by earning her MBBS from the esteemed Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute (BMCRI) in 2010 and MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from ESI PGIMSR, Bengaluru in 2014. She further honed her expertise by obtaining an MRCOG degree from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK. With two post-doctoral fellowships in Fetal Medicine and certifications from the Fetal Medicine Foundation, UK, Dr. Ashwini is dedicated to delivering top-tier fetal care.

Dr. Ashwini specializes in prenatal diagnosis, genetic abnormalities counselling, high-risk pregnancy management, fetal growth restriction, and structural abnormalities. She is skilled in various types of ultrasound scans for pregnancy and for Gynec conditions. To name a few, she does NT scan, anomaly detection, echocardiography, growth assessments, doppler examination, multifetal pregnancy scans, monitoring for complications in monochorionic pregnancy, neuro sonogram, 3D & 4D ultrasound, amniocentesis and counselling for fetal abnormalities.
