Dr Kiran Krishnamurthy is a Consultant Pulmonologist at Rangadore Memorial Hospital with nearly 18 years of experience. She is an alumnus of Bellary Medical College and passed out as the Best Outgoing Student of the batch with highest marks in Anatomy, Microbiology, ENT and General Surgery. Dr Kiran Krishnamurthy obtained her MRCP and training in Respiratory Medicine in West Midlands, UK with posters and publications in the international conferences to her credit. She is a Silver Medallist in Allergy and Asthma from CMC Vellore and is a faculty member at various Allergy and Asthma courses. Dr Kiran Krishnamurthy has been associated with Rangadore Memorial Hospital since its inception and setting up various services such as Outpatient and Inpatient care, ICU care and Non invasive Ventilation, Spirometry, Bronchoscopy and Allergy Clinic under the Pulmonology Department in the hospital. Her main areas of interest are Asthma, COPD, Infections, Pulmonary fibrosis, Allergies and Sleep Medicine. Dr Kiran Krishnamurthy is the Convenor - Education and Training, at the hospital. She has been keenly involved in organising the various public awareness and educational activities and has been a speaker at conferences organised by the Karnataka Pulmonologists Association.
